Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Fees

Each participating team agrees to pay a $100 registration fee, which covers platform usage, including Replit access and application deployment-related services.

2. Team Structure

Each team may consist of a maximum of three (3) members and must register under one official team name.

3. Platform Usage

All participating teams agree to use the Replit platform as the primary development environment during the Appathon.

4. Judging & Results

Teams agree to accept the final decisions of the jury panel as binding.

5. Review & Feedback

Each team may request one (1) review or feedback session from the organizers or mentors during the Appathon period.

6. Intellectual Work

Submitted applications must represent original work developed by the registered team members during the Appathon.

7. Awards & Prizes

The winning team will receive a cash prize of $1,000, awarded to the team as a whole.

8. Investor Pitching Opportunity

The organizers may facilitate pitching opportunities with potential investors.

Any investment terms, equity sharing, or commercial agreements shall be negotiated directly between the team and investors on a case-by-case basis, with no obligation or liability on the organizers.

9. Use of Materials

Teams grant the organizers permission to use project titles, descriptions, screenshots, and demo recordings for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment throughout the Appathon.
